Imagine a safe place, and place where you feel at peace, in harmony with nature and your spirit guides, animals, angels, grandparents or anyone/anything magical and comforting to you in the most idyllic place imaginable
Imagine yourself at your strongest, fittest, healthiest and happiest in body and mind
You will get there. We will get there.
