Challenge yourself to visualize yourself well
For 20 minutes each day.
If you can rest, lay down.
​Imagine a safe place, and place where you feel at peace, in harmony with nature and your spirit guides, animals, angels, grandparents or anyone/anything magical and comforting to you in the most idyllic place imaginable
​Imagine yourself at your strongest, fittest, healthiest and happiest in body and mind
​You will get there. We will get there.
​This is temporary and this too shall pass
